Leg of Mutton Cut - Pot roast medium
The Leg of Mutton Cut is beef. Its from the forequarter and a relatively lean rolled joint. Best cooked in liquid in a crock pot or on the slow cooker. It is fantastic sliced in a sandwich cold - I reckon the best joint for this use. Also great hot!
