Superior cuts of beef marinated in red wine, Demerara sugar, Juniper, Thyme and Rosemary, cured and air dried for a minimum of three months and sliced ready to eat.

 

Made with our own beef silverside and top rumps, this is an aromatic moorish treat.  We have worked hard with a local charcuterie expert to come up with a great product that is packed with flavour.  Available in 80g packets at £5 each.
