Butchery now on farm

We have been using local butchers to cut and pack our beef, however we have now got approval from our Environmental Health Officer to start cutting and packing in our own facilities on the farm. This gives us even more control and the opportunity to deliver more bespoke requests. It also means we can learn the art of beef butchery and get involved with as much of the job as possible, all the way from pasture to plate.
